IVC Technologies is seeking a full-time, on-site Vibration Analyst in the Harrisburg, PA area. The role focuses on diagnosing machinery issues, analyzing data with handheld tools and software, and delivering professional findings for a single customer facility.

Qualifications

• Certification in Vibration Analysis from a recognized industry body.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on troubleshooting using vibration analysis.
• Additional certifications in infrared, ultrasound, or oil analysis are assets.
• Good understanding of machinery operation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using handheld instruments and specialized software.
• Conduct remote analysis if wireless systems are deployed.
• Maintain vibration databases per IVC and client standards.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical failure modes.
• Prepare and distribute reports according to IVC standards.
• Communicate findings to on-site stakeholders professionally and proactively.
• Create and submit case studies that demonstrate value creation.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers’ on-site personnel.
• Respond to field service requests from the customer or IVC peers.
• Uphold safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and customer-specific requirements.
