Qualifications

• Certification in vibration analysis from a recognized body.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on troubleshooting using vibration analysis.
• Additional certifications in infrared, ultrasound, oil analysis are a plus.
• Good understanding of machinery operation in industrial settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently following established processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using handheld instruments and specialized software.
• Conduct remote analysis if wireless systems are deployed.
• Maintain vibration databases per IVC and client standards.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical failure modes.
• Prepare and distribute reports according to IVC standards.
• Communicate findings to on-site stakeholders professionally.
• Create and submit case studies demonstrating value creation.
• Foster relationships with customers’ on-site personnel.
• Respond to field service requests from customer or peers.
• Adhere to safety standards (OSHA, client requirements).
