• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms and emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with employees, visitors and customers.
• Document security activities and incidents in written reports accurately and thoroughly.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed to report incidents and assist investigations.
