Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid NJ SORA Card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security experience preferred.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both on foot and/or by vehicle, to deter unauthorized access, prevent incidents, and ensure the security of premises.
• Utilize surveillance cameras and other monitoring equipment to observe activity on the premises, identify potential security threats, and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control measures, visitor management, and property protection protocols.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and customers.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies as needed to report incidents, provide assistance and facilitate investigations
