Job summary

ENFRA in Florida is seeking a Trimble Operator to perform on-site layout, locating CAD-generated points (sleeves, hangers, anchors, openings) using Trimble RTS. You will apply BIM coordination and construction knowledge to produce precise layouts that improve efficiency and reduce cost on projects.

Responsibilities include starting on time, maintaining Trimble RTS and accessories, preparing layout files, logging points, and collaborating with BIM/Drafting and the project team. Travel is 0–5%.

Qualifications

• Ability to review and understand contract drawings, installation drawings and specifications.
• General knowledge of construction processes, layout processes, and surveying.
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be on the job and ready to work at the designated project start time.
• Maintain Trimble RTS and accessories.
• Prepare files for the Trimble RTS for layout.
• Logging point quantities.
• Collaborate with BIM/Drafting to ensure files are accurate for layout.
• Liaison between BIM team and project team for as-builts or existing conditions.
• Update point files with field conditions or changes.
• Provide efficient and accurate layout to the field using Trimble RTS.
