Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee safe, reliable upkeep of our transit fleet. This on-site role will lead mechanics and technicians, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with DOT, OEM, and safety standards.

You’ll coordinate with operations to maximize vehicle availability, control parts and vendor costs, and use maintenance systems to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
