Air Liquide Electronics seeks a TGCM Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead on-site gas distribution operations for advanced materials. You'll supervise a skilled workforce, ensure safety, coordinate with customers, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and compliance.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$140,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Sciences/Business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Good team leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of chemical/gas distribution systems (fluid dynamics).
• Strong emphasis on safety.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

• On time, in spec, delivery of chemicals and gases to the customer.
• Maintain all chemical and gas distribution systems.
• Manage operations workforce.
• Train employees in operation safety and related topics.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage succession planning for the operation.
• Control operations costs.
• Coordinate with account manager and customer.
• Oversee Hazardous Waste compliance and waste management training.
• Lead safety leadership and share best practices.
• Update SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain OSHA/ISO/compliance documentation.
