Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring for a TGCM Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead operations, ensure on-time delivery of chemicals and gases, and drive safety, training, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences/Business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Good team leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of chemical/gas distribution systems (fluid dynamics).
• Strong emphasis on safety.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communications.

Responsibilities

• On time, in spec, delivery of chemicals and gases to the customer.
• Maintenance of all chemical and gas distribution systems.
• Manage operations workforce.
• Train employees in all operation aspects, including Safety Training.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
• Manage succession planning for the operation.
• Control operations costs.
• Coordinate with account manager and the customer.
• Hazardous Waste Supervisor: ensure facility compliance and proper waste management.
• Safety leadership as a primary accountability.
• Share best practices with other TGCM Managers.
• Update and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain all documentation for OSHA, ISO, Air Liquide America, and customer audits.
