You will create, edit, and review technical materials, coordinate reviews, maintain templates, and ensure consistency with configurations.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, a Bachelor's degree, and 10 years of experience producing software, IT, cybersecurity, or systems engineering documentation;

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten years of professional experience creating, editing, and reviewing technical materials.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• Experience developing documentation for software, IT, cybersecurity, or systems engineering efforts.
• Ability to gather information via interviews, technical discussions, and source material reviews.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience coordinating document reviews and incorporating feedback from multiple contributors.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills focusing on terminology, references, formatting, and consistency.

Aufgaben

• Create, edit, and review technical materials for system development, deployment, operation, and maintenance.
• Document system capabilities, configurations, interfaces, dependencies, and procedures with engineers and SMEs.
• Develop administration guides, user guides, installation instructions, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials.
• Support software development plans, architecture descriptions, and technical reports.
• Document CI/CD workflows, deployment configurations, and DevSecOps processes.
• Coordinate technical reviews and track documents through approvals.
• Maintain templates, terminology, acronym definitions, and version history.
• Update documentation with software releases and infrastructure changes.
