Job summary

Artisight is seeking a Technical Delivery Engineer Lead (Contractor) for on-site deployment leadership in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll direct a team of 3–5 contractors, manage installation, testing, and validation, and ensure adherence to technical approaches and safety standards.

You will coordinate with clinical, facilities, and IT staff, conduct daily stand-ups, manage inventory and documentation, and serve as the on-site technical point of contact throughout deployments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in technical deployments, field services, desktop support, or hardware implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership of a 3–5 person team.
• Experience installing/troubleshooting endpoint devices, cameras, and network-connected tech.
• Ability to enforce deployment procedures, work instructions, and standards.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication; accountable to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 contractors; assign tasks, provide direction, monitor progress.
• Run daily stand-ups; report progress, issues, and completed work.
• Act as first escalation point for technical issues, site readiness, blockers.
• Ensure training, credentialing, and access requirements are met; enforce safety/quality.
• Oversee equipment receiving, inventory, inspection, and staging.
• Install AIO devices, cameras, cabling, and peripherals with clean cable management.
• Perform decommissioning of legacy equipment and rip-and-replace work.
• Test/validate installs: connectivity, PTZ, audio, room views, workflows.
• Review documentation; record serial numbers, asset tags, locations.
• Be on-site technical contact for clinical/IT staff when lead is unavailable.
