Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate and optimize the flow of work and materials within the organization’s production schedule. You will review and distribute production, work and shipment schedules, and compile reports on inventory levels and costs.

The role requires 5-7 years of supply chain, forecasting or related experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and the ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Innovation.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
• Experience working with cross functional resources in a matrix organization
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization including weekly Executive level engagement across multiple functions and teams
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
• Able to commute to new office in Sandy Springs, GA when move is finalized

Responsibilities

• Own Account Level Demand Forecasts for a specific Customer Account or DA Sales Channel
• Ensure Financial Forecast achievement by Account by validating Orders and Replenishment
• Provide early warning and mitigation strategies for brand and Channel Inventory risks
• Guide teams to mitigate internal and customer supply chain and financial risks
• Execute Supply Chain Projects and Initiatives on behalf of the Supply Chain Team
• Optimize DA Inventory across Customer Account DC Locations and for DTC, to maximize sales while minimizing inventory risks and costs utilizing KPI and Real-Time orders and forecasts including Channel Sell-Out
• Achieve Financial Forecast Targets by managing Inventory Fulfillment and Delivery for Revenue Recognition
• Supply Chain Lead for DA Account or Channel and liaison with External and Internal Stakeholders for initiatives, exception management, and to mitigate risks
