Job summary

FastTek Global seeks a Supplier Quality and Risk Management Specialist to provide direct on-site support at supplier facilities, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery for service parts. The role serves as the primary liaison between internal engineering, operations and supplier teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead immediate containment activities for service part defects impacting dealers, distribution centers, or end customers.
• Lead structured root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Validate corrective actions on-site to prevent recurrence.
• Perform supplier quality systems and process audits and lead supplier improvement/development programs.
• Collaborate with Service Parts Planning, Distribution Centers, Warranty, Engineering and Procurement.
