Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors District in Homer City, PA is seeking an SQS Coordinator to support supplier quality surveillance for power construction projects. You will coordinate supplier quality documentation, inspection records, material records, and reporting to ensure purchased equipment and materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.

This on-site role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, material control, document control, procurement, manufacturing, construction, or related environment.
• Experience with material documentation, inspection records, MTRs or similar quality records is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to coordinate across teams and track multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the SQS team with supplier quality documentation, inspection records, findings, and tracking.
• Coordinate and maintain inspection documentation and quality records throughout procurement and project lifecycle.
• Track inspection activities, findings, and required follow-up items.
• Assist with distributing inspection reports and keeping SQS records current and organized.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, materials, logistics, expediting, and other project teams.
• Help ensure supplier materials and equipment meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Support tracking and resolution of supplier quality issues and nonconformances.
• Maintain organized records that provide visibility into supplier inspections and quality status.
