Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in work/volunteer.
• Management and/or supervision experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff at assigned CILAs in the Supported Living program.
• Monitor support provided to individuals following the Person Center Plan.
• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
