Responsibilities

• Assisting managers in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks and deliverables.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as timelines, status reports, and risk logs.
• Coordinate the supply chain personnel to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics to meet program goals.
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key takeaways and action items.
• Monitoring milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborating with Program Management and Material Planning to reconcile forecasted material demand with procurement activity.
• Identifying risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintaining integrated master schedules and customer reports as needed.
• Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for project updates.
• Providing general administrative support to leadership teams.
