Morgan’s Wonderland Camp is seeking Operations Staff for a seasonal, on-site role in San Antonio, TX. Staff will assist with day-to-day upkeep and camp operations, working closely with multiple departments to keep the camp running smoothly. The position includes a weekly stipend and housing with meals.

Mandatory training and summer camp dates are specified, with opportunities to contribute across programs and activities while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the camp environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Commitment to Morgan’s Camp mission and values.
• Ability to work across departments with professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Operate Wonder Wagon to provide safe camper transportation.
• Assist with First Aid kit restocks and inventory.
• Ensure water stations are stocked and ready for camp use.
• Assist dining operations including meal service and cleanup.
• Assist with Volunteer check-in and oversight.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of Camp vehicles and spaces.
• Support program, housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen as needed.
