Haus of Powell in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Interior Styling & Install Coordinator to join our hands-on design team. You will manage installations, styling accessories, and showroom presentation, ensuring every detail aligns with our aesthetic and brand.

This role blends creative styling with behind-the-scenes organization: unpacking, inventory, sourcing pieces, and prepping for professional photography.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional interior styling or related experience.
• Experience styling residential spaces, showrooms or displays.
• Strong eye for scale, color, texture and layering.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to work with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist design team with client installations from prep to final styling.
• Style accessories, artwork, bedding, textiles, greenery and décor.
• Create polished vignettes reflecting the Haus of Powell aesthetic.
• Prepare and pull accessories for upcoming installations.
• Unpack, inspect and stage items for install days.
• Assist with sourcing accessories, artwork and finishing pieces.
• Maintain accessory inventory and storage areas.
• Prepare homes for professional photography.
• Assist with styling for photo shoots and marketing content.
• Prepare installation documentation and project materials.
• Ensure spaces are polished and client-ready after installations.
