Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential or multifamily construction, a CA PE license (preferred or in progress), and proficiency in RISA, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit. On-site work in the 90035 area is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE in California preferred, or in progress.
• 5+ years experience in structural engineering, residential or multifamily Type V.
• Proficient in structural software: RISA, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit.
• On-site work required in the 90035 area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects on multifamily and ADU projects.
• Produce structural calculations, drawings, and details.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning, and permit requirements.
• Perform site visits and inspections as needed.
• Provide input on constructability, material selection, and cost-effective solutions.
