Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source and manage a dependable supply chain for designated categories. You will collaborate with operations and corporate teams to ensure timely delivery of the right products at the right cost, supporting fast‑paced culinary and operational needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of purchasing experience, a degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, and working knowledge of SAP.

Qualifications

• One to three years purchasing or related field experience.
• Bachelor degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain management preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop a dependable supply chain for assigned categories.
• Manage vendor performance and address issues quickly.
• Identify and onboard high‑quality suppliers meeting SkyChefs’ standards.
• Support menu and product changes by sourcing items meeting specs and pricing targets.
• Drive cost savings through standardization and strong supplier relationships.
• Stay abreast of product trends and vendor capabilities to guide solutions.
