Job summary

You will provide coaching, guidance, and consultative HR services, helping drive engagement and organizational performance while navigating employment law and COE programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 5-8 years of HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of employment law.
• Experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting investigations.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in the planning process to drive people strategies and organizational performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and consultation on people management practices.
• Support changes in organization design, restructuring, and workforce planning.
• Lead conversations on sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Coach leaders on change management and HR best practices.
