Job summary

Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is hiring a Property Manager for our Mesa, Arizona facility on-site. The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and office duties with moderate multitasking. You will greet customers, assist with unit rentals, and maintain documentation, while ensuring the property is clean and presentable.

The schedule is Tue-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm, with benefits after 90 days. Compensation is $19.00/hour, with full-time status and on-site work in Mesa.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Outstanding time management and organization.
• Ability to multi-task and complete duties with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assess their needs.
• Assist customers in renting units and explain lease terms, fees and insurance.
• Maintain occupancy by advertising and customer relations.
• Keep units and office clean and organized, facilities presentable.
• Maintain tenant documents neatly and balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits.
