Qualifications

• Technical degree, two-year associate degree, or equivalent industry experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to learn additional software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution and reporting of engineering protocols and studies.
• Support installation, qualification of new instrumentation and equipment.
• Evaluate, select, and order parts for engineering batches.
• Set up sterile pharmaceutical products and components for operations.
• Support validation activities and execution of validation studies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality to meet manufacturing goals.
