Job summary

Photogenic is seeking an Operations Manager for our USS Yorktown venue in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role oversees daily photo operations, drives profitability, and leads the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.

The position is full-time, on-site, with hourly pay starting at $25/hour. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team delivering memorable guest experiences across North America.

Qualifications

• Direct industry experience highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold core values and policies.
• Manage schedules, assign duties and optimize labor for all locations.
• Determine staffing needs and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Foster a sales culture with proper cash handling and achieving targets.
• Coordinate field personnel, equipment and inventory of supplies.
• Coach and develop the team to drive revenue and guest service.
• Analyze sales activity to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with District/Regional Manager for venue strategy.
• Maintain vendor relations across locations.
• Partner with host venue to ensure seamless, profitable operation.
• Address customer concerns to ensure optimal guest experiences.
• All other duties as assigned.
