Job summary

Photogenic-Inc is hiring for a Sales Associate/Photographer at the USS Yorktown in Mount Pleasant, SC. This part-time role involves taking photos, guiding guests through the photo experience, and delivering memorable keepsakes while delivering friendly customer service.

Loosely scheduled shifts include evenings and weekends with opportunities for growth within Photogenic and Cherry Hill Programs. No photography experience required; on-site work at Patriots Point.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service and a positive experience for all.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
