Job summary

Illuminate USA in Ohio seeks a Reliability Engineer to design and execute reliability tests for solar panels, interpreting degradation data and correlating lab results with field performance. You will work with Production, Equipment, and Process Engineering to drive continuous improvement and ensure standardized test procedures.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 4+ years in lab testing or reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in lab testing, QA, or reliability engineering.
• Experience in automotive, semiconductor, or solar is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage daily reliability tests to determine performance degradation.
• Validate and analyze test degradation data and calculate MTBF/MTTF/AFR as needed.
• Coordinate with QA and stakeholders to communicate results and maintain ISO/IEC standards.
