Responsibilities include overseeing end‑to‑end revenue cycle, ensuring timely submissions to Medicare/Medicaid, reducing denials, and optimizing PCC workflows in partnership with IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have direct Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in revenue cycle, billing, or collections within SNF or long‑term care.
• Proven experience managing billing teams and back‑office operations.
• Required experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
• Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing, SNF reimbursement, PDPM, and denials management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process across all facilities (billing through collections).
• Ensure timely, accurate billing submissions in accordance with payer requirements.
• Drive collections performance with a target of 95%+ collection rates.
• Monitor AR aging, identify trends, and reduce outstanding balances.
• Lead denial management and process improvements to reduce denials.
