Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site, school-based therapy for PreK through 1st grade. The role runs at a single site with about 50 students, from as soon as possible through December 18, 2026.

Active Alabama SLP licensure is required; new graduates and SLPA candidates are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available; remote work is not offered. Enjoy a stable, in-person position with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama licensure as SLP/SLP-CCC/SLP-A.
• New grads welcome; CF year accepted.
• SLPA candidates considered.
• Supervision available for CF/SLPA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, school-based speech and language therapy for PreK–1st grade.
• Implement IEPs, document progress, and collaborate with other educational professionals.
• Work five days a week, Monday through Friday, at one school site (30-hour week).
• Provide guidance and leverage supervision to grow professionally.
