Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for an on-site role in Phoenix, AZ. This temporary position runs from Nov 16, 2026 to Feb 15, 2027, with a first shift from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Pay is $18-$19 per hour on W2, with standard benefits. You will receive, inspect, unpack, and distribute shipments; prepare, package, label, and ship products; verify records; manage supplies and inventory; assist with counts and quality assurance; process vendor invoices and maintain

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic math, recordkeeping, and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and related business systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, unpack, and distribute incoming shipments.
Prepare, package, label, and ship products and materials.
Verify shipments and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
Order and maintain supplies and stockroom inventory.
Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
Process vendor invoices and maintain related documentation.
Follow company procedures for purchasing, inventory, payments, and confidential information.
Provide professional service to customers, employees, and vendors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
