Massachusetts-based Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer in power electronics will design next-generation DC/DC and AC/DC converters for AI, data centers, and other high-performance applications. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on development from concept to production.

Qualifications

• BSEE required.
• 4+ years of hands-on power electronics design experience.
• Strong understanding of high-frequency switching topologies and power conversion fundamentals.
• Experience with magnetics design, circuit simulation, control theory, or power electronics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced DC/DC and AC/DC power converters from concept through production.
• Work with high-frequency switching topologies, power conversion architectures, and control systems.
• Design and optimize high-frequency magnetics, including inductors and transformers.
• Perform circuit simulation, modeling, mathematical analysis, and component selection.
• Develop feedback control, analog circuits, and interface/logic circuitry.
• Collaborate on PCB layout, EMC, and electrical performance optimization.
• Lead or support product specifications, prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to transition designs into production.
