Job summary

LSPedia Inc, located in Farmington Hills, MI, is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own the design, implementation, and operation of our cloud platform on-site. You will ensure reliability, observability, cost efficiency, and deployability of production infrastructure, and serve as the senior technical authority for cloud and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years in cloud infra, DevOps, or platform engineering with production ownership.
Hands-on Azure compute, networking, identity, and data storage.
Infra-as-code in production environments.
Experience administering a Kubernetes cluster.
Designing CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Familiar with observability platforms such as Datadog.
Experience mentoring engineers and performing reviews.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain production cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, identity, data services, and security controls.
Own IaC codebase end to end: design modules, state, env promotion, drift detection, and remediation.
Design and manage Kubernetes clusters.
Own infrastructure observability: metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards.
Participate in production incident response and drive root-cause actions.
Own cloud cost management with recurring cost analysis and forecasts.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Own deployment process and participate in deployments.
Mentor engineers on cloud architecture and DevOps practice.
