• Proven experience as Security Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and legal regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with security systems and technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to security staff during daily operations.
