Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at a client site, conduct patrols, inspect protection devices, and enforce site rules to protect property and people.

You will monitor entrances, screen visitors, operate a gate, and respond to incidents or emergencies following company procedures. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• US citizenship preferred
• Ability to acquire and maintain any other specific special clearances/access requirements
• Background checks and drug testing may be required
• Certification in Basic Life Support CPR/AED and First Aid preferred

Responsibilities

• Control access to the client site and assist visitors; screen visitors and employees
• Patrol assigned site on foot or vehicle; inspect buildings and grounds
• Monitor entrances/exits and CCTV; direct persons who cause disturbances to leave
• Prepare logs and reports; observe and report incidents to client representatives or authorities
• Respond to incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, or other incidents following procedures
• Maintain professional composure and provide high quality customer service
• Carry out site duties with safety and compliance in mind
