Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Background checks and licensing requirements may apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site; screens visitors and employees for entry.
• Maintains a courteous, respectful interaction with clients and visitors.
• Communicates openly and provides site information as allowed.
• Monitors entrances/exits; prevents unapproved entry and manages vehicle movement.
• Patrols the site; checks for hazards and security violations.
• Protects evidence and assists in emergencies; sets up barriers as needed.
• Prepares logs or reports and records information in the computer.
• Observes and reports incidents to client, management, or authorities.
• Responds to fires, medical emergencies, or other incidents following procedures.
• Carries out tasks consistent with site security duties.
