Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a security professional to conduct regular patrols on foot and by vehicle, ensuring safety and security for guests and staff in accordance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and clear written communication. Prior security experience is preferred, with the ability to respond to alarms and document activities accurately. On-site work with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Previous security or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to respond to and resolve noise and other disturbances in a professional and appropriate manner.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and communicate it to management.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Rountinely conduct complete and thorough patrols, on foot and by vehicle throughout grounds, reporting unsafe conditions and security issues.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities. Conduct investigations concerning equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Monitor noise levels in guest areas and respond as needed.
• Maintain awareness of safety concerns, and report them immediately to the manager
• Monitor and ensure guests adhere to policies and safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as directed or required.
