Securitas US Business Unit in Brewster, WA is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. The role involves monitoring premises, access control, patrolling, and enforcing site regulations.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service, ability to work independently, and readiness for pre-employment screening. Wage is $24.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and weekly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check).
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Will be working in a guard shack.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property to prevent trespassing.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
