Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid OH driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s); ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports; notify authorities/client in emergencies.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees to document actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
