• Conduct routine patrols and know building/campus layouts.
• Prepare clear, objective incident reports.
• Respond to unsafe or high-risk situations.
• Communicate via radio using established protocols.
• Provide professional service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Complete required safety, compliance, and skills training.
