Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Pearland, Texas school-based position. You will provide direct therapy, assessments, and IEP development for K-5 students, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and teamwork within a district-supported environment. Qualified SLPs with strong school experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• ASHA CCC preferred; DOE licensure as SLP may be required.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy for K-5 students.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for IEPs.
• Develop and implement IEP plans with goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents).
• Document, plan, and manage caseload within district processes.
