Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site School Psychologist for a school-based position in Merrillville, IN. The role involves providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, developing IEP plans, and supporting students per their IEPs.

Collaboration with therapists, educators, and parents is essential. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in School Psychology, typically with NASP/licensure in consideration, and has experience with assessments and eligibility processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology.
• NASP License (preferred but not required).
• State License and/or School Psychologist and Department of Education (when required).
• 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of Counseling and Psychological Assessment.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluations and diagnostic services for students.
• Consultation with district and school staff.
• Eligibility determinations and IEP meetings.
• Collaboration with therapists, educators, parents and multidisciplinary teams.

Education
