Job summary

Focused HR Solutions in Columbia, SC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 12+ month, 100% on-site role. The position entails daily maintenance, enhancements and integration work across Salesforce with external systems such as AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.

You will manage user access, sandbox environments and workflow queues while collaborating with teams to ensure data integrity and secure access. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on daily maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• User management: create, modify and deactivate user accounts, profiles, and permission sets as needed.
• Sandbox Management: create and manage sandbox environments for development, testing and quality assurance purposes.
• Workflow Monitoring: monitor workflow queues and automation processes to ensure they function as intended.
• External Integrations: work with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD integrations.
• Identity Provider Configuration: configure and maintain Azure AD for SSO in Salesforce.
• Documentation: maintain documentation and train end users.
