Qualifications

• Experience fixing or maintaining equipment; field service backgrounds are useful.
• Solid troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed work instructions.
• Reliable, clear communicator with good job-record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Install robots and verify proper operation.
• Perform scheduled maintenance using checklists.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot with remote specialists.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and fix them.
• Demonstrate use of robots to customer staff and explain repairs clearly.
• Document each visit with photos, notes, parts used and customer sign-off.
• Identify recurring problems and help eliminate root causes.
• Plan visits and coordinate times with customers.
• Keep tools and spare parts organized and ready.
• Follow site safety rules, including lockout/tagout.
