Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks an RN to deliver on-site medical and wellness services for a federally supported residential youth program in Minot, North Dakota. The role is a temporary contract with full-time hours, located on-site with no telehealth option.

Responsibilities include triage, first aid, health education, medication administration, and coordination with healthcare providers, in a structured campus setting for youths aged 16–24.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in North Dakota.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in clinical, school-based, residential, or community health settings.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience with adolescents or young adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage urgent and emergent medical situations.
• Provide first aid, clinical assessments, and basic treatment.
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions.
• Administer medications and assist with examinations.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
