Job summary

Purple Land Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Right-of-Way Lease Analyst to support a large land administration team in Houston. You will review and administer lease agreements, process payments, and maintain land records while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate has experience with midstream surface leases, contract interpretation, and data management. This onsite role in Houston requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in land administration, lease administration, contract administration, accounts payable, or related land services.
• Working knowledge of midstream surface leases and right-of-way agreements.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Strong contract interpretation and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret lease agreements to understand payment obligations and land use terms.
• Process recurring lease payments per contract requirements.
• Maintain lease records, payment schedules, critical dates, and land descriptions.
