Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman rigging with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing crews.
• Ability to read specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers erecting and operating hoists, derricks, and cranes.
• Direct rigging and splicing of ropes and cables for hoisting slings.
• Coordinate crew activities and enforce SIC safety rules.
• Interpret specifications and drawings for proper execution.
• Maintain time records and report progress regularly.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project schedules.
