Job summary

RAM Construction Services in Broadview Heights, OH, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the Restoration Department to lead complex commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through completion. You will ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and client satisfaction while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic leadership, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills with 5+ years of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (commercial, industrial, or restoration preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and develop execution plans.
• Coordinate project submittals, procurement schedules, and long lead item tracking.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and 3-week lookaheads.
• Direct day-to-day activities on-site and manage subcontractor performance.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and job cost reports.
• Manage billing process, SOVs, pencil draws, lien waivers, and change orders.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with contract documents.
