The candidate will provide care to diverse patient populations and perform bedside diagnostic procedures as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining respiratory care plans, evaluating patients, and adjusting care accordingly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a respiratory therapy program.
• Must obtain entry level certification and NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Must have a current State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Current CPR certification required; ACLS, PALs, and NRP certifications or completion within six months (with some role-based exceptions).
• On-call availability and ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes.
• Perform bedside diagnostic procedures as needed and review respiratory care plans.
• Evaluate patients and adjust care accordingly; assist as a preceptor for students and new hires.
