Job summary

IES Residential Inc is seeking a Field Electric Supervisor to support operational excellence and maintain high-quality standards on-site across our Texas project sites. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and field personnel while ensuring safety, compliance, and accurate reporting.

You will lead daily field activities, drive process improvements, and safeguard customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
• English fluency preferred; Spanish helpful.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
