Job summary

AKN Interiors in Bethel Park, PA, seeks a Social Media Content Manager for an in-person role with regular travel to project sites throughout Greater Pittsburgh. You will film on-site, edit short-form videos, and craft compelling stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

You should understand current social trends, hooks, pacing, and ads that feel authentic. A portfolio demonstrating content created on real projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and short-form video.
• Demonstrated ability to film and edit engaging content.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, framing, and visual presentation.
• Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic lighting.
• Comfortable filming on-site at residential remodeling projects and using smartphones/cameras.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to capture original video and photography.
• Film demolition, progress, installations, design details, and team members.
• Create and edit short-form videos for IG, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop hooks, captions, concepts, and calls to action.
• Create before-and-after transformations and project walkthroughs.
• Coordinate filming around project milestones and maintain organized media library.
• Post and schedule content across company accounts and track performance.
