Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Reliability Engineer in Arlington, VA for a US Navy Weapons Engineering contract.

The role is 100% on-site with no hybrid or remote options, focusing on RM&A for Navy platforms and related maintenance concepts. The successful candidate will apply science and engineering to develop economical, reliable systems, support reviews, prepare CASREP data, and coordinate with PEO and Fleet representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• At least 4 years’ experience engineering the reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A) of US Navy platforms or weapon systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply the theories and principles of science and mathematics to research and develop economical solutions to technical problems.
• Provide technical assistance in reviewing maintenance concepts, plans, and Maintenance Index Pages/Maintenance Requirements Cards. Prepare and participate in reviews for Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability data, metrics, and briefings
• Develop and update CASREP data and prepare briefing materials for senior PEO and Fleet representatives
• Assist with the development of depot maintenance requirements, including planning and implementation of various recertification and refurbishment efforts
