EMERGE in Dallas, TX seeks a Regional Marketing Specialist to support business development, client engagement, and brand visibility across Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth. This on-site role partners with office leadership and attorneys on high-impact regional initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in legal or professional services marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency in marketing strategies and CRM systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of marketing or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience independently managing regional marketing initiatives, business development programs, and multiple competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, client relationship development, brand positioning, and local market engagement.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, evaluating expenditures, and implementing cost-effective marketing initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with attorneys, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary regional marketing contact for the Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth offices, partnering with leadership to develop local plans.
• Research regional business trends, industries, and prospective clients to identify opportunities for development.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, track expenditures, and align investments with priorities.
• Collaborate with practice group leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify and coordinate thought leadership opportunities, speaking engagements, and professional organization involvement.
• Coordinate local media opportunities, awards submissions, surveys, and directory listings with PR/marketing teams.
• Develop relationships with associations, civic groups, and educational institutions to expand the regional network.
• Plan and execute client events, sponsorships, and community engagements, including budgeting and logistics.
